IFAN White Long Handle Pure Plastic PPR Valve
Our PPR Gate Valve Injection Workshop:
PPR gate valves are essential components in a variety of piping systems, particularly for water supply and sewage disposal. With their simple structure and reliable performance, PPR gate valves have been widely used in construction, engineering, and other industries.
At the PPR Gate Valve Injection Workshop, we specialize in the manufacturing and assembly of PPR gate valves. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines, as well as advanced testing and inspection equipment, to ensure the quality of our products.
Our skilled technicians and engineers possess years of experience in designing, producing, and testing PPR gate valves, and are dedicated to providing the best products and services to our clients.
Material
Main body material: PPR ball valves are usually made of Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR). PPR is a high-performance plastic material with excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Seal ring material: The seal ring of PPR ball valves is typically made of heat-resistant silicone or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). These materials have good sealing performance and high temperature resistance.
Handle material: The handle portion is usually made of engineering plastics (such as polypropylene) or metal materials (such as aluminum alloy) to provide operational control of the valve.

Advantages:
Durability: PPR ball valves are made of high-performance plastic materials such as Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR), offering excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance for long-term stability.
High-temperature resistance: PPR materials have high heat resistance, allowing them to withstand elevated operating temperatures, making them suitable for hot water piping systems and other high-temperature environments.
Good sealing performance: PPR ball valves are equipped with high-temperature resistant seal rings, providing reliable sealing to prevent leaks in the piping system.
Lightweight design: PPR ball valves are typically designed to be lightweight, making installation and maintenance more convenient and efficient.
Cost-effective: Compared to valves made of certain metal materials, PPR ball valves are relatively lower in price, offering an economical choice.
Disadvantages:
Temperature range limitations: Despite their high heat resistance, PPR materials have limited temperature ranges and may not be suitable for extremely high or low-temperature environments.
Lower strength: PPR materials have lower strength compared to metal materials, which may not be suitable for piping systems under high pressure or heavy load conditions.
Vulnerability to impact: PPR ball valve materials are relatively rigid and can be damaged by significant impacts, requiring careful handling and installation.
Unsuitability for certain chemicals: Some specific chemicals may corrode PPR materials, making them unsuitable for piping systems that come into contact with these chemicals.
