This HDPE Pipe Tee Joint is a regular HDPE pipe joint under IFAN. It has three interfaces, two of which are quick and easy connection interfaces, and one has external threads for connection through threads.
The raw material of HDPE Pipe Tee Joint is high density polyethylene, referred to as "HDPE". HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, and it is translucent to a certain extent in the thin section. PE has excellent resistance to most household and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals are chemically aggressive, such as corrosive oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene), and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is non-hygroscopic and has good water vapour resistance for packaging applications. HDPE has good electrical properties, especially high insulation dielectric strength, making it very suitable for wires and cables. Medium to high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance at ambient temperatures and even as low as -40F.

HDPE pipe joints are divided into PE electrofusion joints, PE hot melt joints and PP quick joints. This HDPE Pipe Tee Joint is a kind of PP quick joint. Polypropylene (PP for short) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with a molding temperature of 160-220 °C and the best thermal properties. Its heat distortion temperature is 80-100 °C, low temperature resistance, can be boiled in boiling water, non-toxic and tasteless , good flexibility, excellent impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall, can effectively improve the flow rate of the medium.
PP series joints include PP fittings, saddles, etc., which can withstand water pressure up to 16 kg (PN16), generally called PP pipe fittings (material PP), and also called PE pipe fittings (connected to PE pipes).
