Product Information:
The PEX Pipe Round Tool is a practical tool for rounding Pex aluminum and plastic pipes. It is mainly used to round the nozzle when connecting aluminum plastic pipes. It is available in two different colors, one in black and the other with a yellow triangular body and blue center. It is mainly made of high quality plastic and comes in two sizes: 16-25mm and 20-32mm, with six calibers to fit most pipes.
Our PEX Pipe Round Tool is the first choice for customers to choose similar products because of its reliable quality and favorable price. It is made of high quality ABS plastic and is very It is made of high quality ABS plastic and is very strong and durable. It also has good abrasion resistance and is not easily deformed. It is very easy to use and has a long service life. Ours is chamfered and rounded in one design, which makes the construction faster and can perfectly replace the original installation method.

How to use the expander?
The tube expander is also called the tube expander, which is a kind of expansion of the nozzle into a bell mouth shape for threaded joint connection, or expansion of one of the nozzles into a cylindrical shape for the connection between the pipe and the pipe, so that the two pipes are inserted. Tools to facilitate brazing.
When in use, place the copper pipe in the fixture hole of the corresponding pipe diameter, tighten the fastening nut on the fixture, and clamp the copper pipe. When expanding the bell mouth, the height of the nozzle should be 1/3 higher than the hypotenuse. Screw the expanding cone on the screw, and fix it on both sides of the fixture together with the bow frame. Slowly tighten the screw so that the cone is pushed into the pipe, and the nozzle is enlarged until it expands into a trumpet shape.
Note: When the cone head enters the nozzle, do not use excessive force, and turn it back for a half turn after each turn. Repeat this to prevent cracks in the bell mouth.
When expanding the pipe, first anneal the flared end of the copper pipe and flatten it with a file, then place the copper pipe in a fixture of the corresponding pipe diameter, tighten the fastening nut on the fixture, and clamp the copper pipe firmly.
When expanding the bell mouth, the nozzle must be higher than the surface of the fixture, and its height is slightly greater than the length of the beveled edge of the clamping hole. The cone head and the center of the copper tube are in the same straight line, and then turn the handle on the pressing screw clockwise to make the cone head against the pipe mouth, tighten the screw evenly and slowly, rotate the cone head down 3/4 turn, and then turn it upside down 1/4 circle. Do this repeatedly, gradually expanding the mouth of the tube into a bell mouth. Be careful not to use excessive force when tightening the screw to avoid cracking the side wall of the copper pipe. When expanding the bell mouth, you can apply a little refrigerating oil to the cone head to facilitate the expansion and lubrication. The final expanded bell mouth should be round, smooth and free of cracks.
When expanding the cup-shaped opening, the clamp must still firmly clamp the copper tube, otherwise the copper tube will easily loosen and move back when expanding, resulting in insufficient depth of the cup-shaped opening. The height of the nozzle exposed from the surface of the fixture should be 1 to 3 mm greater than the diameter of the pipe. The series of expansion heads matched with the tube expander have been formed for the expansion depth and gap of different tube diameters. Generally, the extension length of the tube diameter less than 10mm is about 6-10mm, and the gap is 0.06~O. 10mm. When expanding the mouth, it is only necessary to fix the expansion head corresponding to the pipe diameter on the top pressure screw of the arch frame, then fix the arch frame, and slowly tighten the screw. The specific operation method is the same as when expanding the bell mouth.
