UPVC has high melt viscosity and poor fluidity. Even if the injection pressure and melt temperature are increased, the fluidity changes little; in addition, the resin molding temperature is very close to the thermal decomposition temperature, and the temperature range for molding is very narrow. A material that is difficult to form. UPVC must be modified and granulated before it can be used.
