Clamping connection installation steps:
Use manual or electric pipe cutting equipment to cut the pipe. To avoid the burr on the pipe end from puncturing the sealing ring in the pipe fitting, please use a special deburring device or a special file to completely remove the burr on the pipe end.
Draw a line to mark the insertion length. Use a paintbrush to draw a line at the end of the pipe to make a mark of the insertion length to ensure that the pipe is inserted into the pipe with sufficient length to avoid water leakage or falling off after compression, causing serious installation accidents
Insert the water pipe into the pipe fitting. Insert the pipe straight into the pipe fitting. Don't insert it slantingly, don't damage the sealing ring, and confirm it according to the specified insertion length before proceeding with the clamping operation.
For the compression connection, align the annular groove of the jaw of the compression tool with the annular convex part of the sealing ring in the end of the pipe fitting to carry out the compression operation.
Confirm the compression size Use a hexagonal gauge to confirm whether the compression size is in place, and the hexagonal area of the compression can be completely clicked into the hexagonal gauge, which means that the compression is in place.
