Product Features:
There are two types of Brass Air Release Valve: manual air release valve and automatic air release valve. The former requires manual operation and is closed manually after air release, which is more troublesome. The latter can automatically release air at any time. Air valve, the heating gas will enter the heating pipe during the process of replenishing water. When the gas is congested, the heating will not be hot. Therefore, an OR vent valve should be set to release the gas and make the heating system circulate smoothly.
Principle of Brass Air Release Valve:
When water enters the pipeline, the plug stops at the lower part of the positioning frame to perform a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the water enters the valve to float the ball, and the drive plug is closed to stop the exhaust. The pipeline will naturally produce a small amount of gas during normal operation. These gases will gather in the upper part of the pipe. To a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float drops along the water. The gas is discharged from the small holes. There will be negative pressure at any time, the float drops down along the water, and the opening of the small hole drives the large hole to carry out a large amount of air intake to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
