This 1 Inch Brass Ball Valve shell and valve cover adopt thermostatic hot forging and tempering process, and they are integrally formed. The sealing surface is cut by a high-precision sealing surface special machine. The sealing test is strictly implemented in GB/T8464-2008 "Money and Copper Threaded Valves", and the pipe thread accuracy and effective length are strictly implemented in ISO228.
When installing, use a corresponding torque wrench or pipe wrench to pull the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same side of the thread into the effective length of the thread. Do not over-rotate and cause pressure on the inner end surface. Screw in with PTFE raw material tape or thread seal glue for sealing.
1 The handle of the Inch Brass Ball Valve is designed according to the corresponding torque. Do not replace it with a larger arm to avoid damage to the valve. The gate valve of the refrigeration and heating system must use a 1.6MPA (or above nominal pressure) valve; the flanged ball valve must be installed. The flange surfaces at both ends of the pipeline are parallel to the coaxial line, the spacing size is appropriate, and the connecting screw holes correspond to each other. The deviation should not be too large, otherwise the installation quality and sealing performance of the valve will be affected.
