Feature of plumbing manifold with valves
1. Excellent manufacturing technology: It is manufactured with international advanced technology, and it takes the lead in the floor heating control system.
2. Stronger impact resistance: The brass water manifold has excellent mechanical properties, can withstand hammering and thermal expansion and contraction, and does not leak or burst.
3. More precise hydraulic distribution: The brass water manifold has a built-in balance valve spool, which can be used to set the horizontal balance of each branch. Accurately adjust the flow of branch roads, and the system runs more energy-saving.
4. More hygienic materials: Because brass itself has strong corrosion resistance, it not only protects the water quality from pollution, but also prevents the deposition of scale on the inner wall of the water pipe.
5. Longer service life: The brass water manifold hardly needs maintenance, which significantly reduces the water leakage rate and avoids the replacement of the water separator
6. Convenient installation: the installation of brass water manifold components saves time, does not need to be sealed, and has a long service life.

Installation procedure:
1. Take the water separator out of the box and observe whether there is any damage or missing parts.
2. Assemble side panels or brackets and plugs.
3. Use a special pipe cutter to cut the end surface perpendicular to the pipe axis and keep the cut round.
4. The cut pipe is chambered.
5. Unscrew the nut at the junction of the water separator, insert the nut circle into the pre-install pipe, and push it down 3-5cm.
6. Insert the pipe flexibly and linearly into the valve core.
7. After the pipe is inserted in place, push the nut up, use two special wrenches, one to fix the valve body, the other to screw the nut, straight To tighten.
8. After the system is installed, a strict pressure test should be carried out, and the pressure should not be less than 0.6-0. 8MPa.
