Correct floor heating exhaust method
Step 1: first close the water supply valve.
Step 2: Close the water supply and return valves of the floor heating pipe one by one, leaving a single one to keep one circuit unblocked (the upper and lower water supply and return are one way)
Step 3: Start exhausting through the water supply exhaust valve until no bubbles appear after the water flows out, close the exhaust valve. (It is better to connect a transparent hose to the exhaust port, you can clearly see the small bubbles expelling.)
Step 4:Follow the above steps to exhaust the other several pipe loops until all the floor heating pipes are exhausted.
The principle of floor heating exhaust is to use the return water pressure to push out the gas in the floor heating pipe in the reverse direction until all the accumulated gas is exhausted.

Floor heating acceptance standard
The thickness, material properties, and laying of the insulation layer must meet the design requirements; the heating pipe materials and specifications, the spacing of the floor heating pipes, and the bending radius must meet the design requirements, and the fixing must be firm; heating pipes, water separators, and collectors The water tank and the connection between them must not leak water and air; the heating pipe of the filling layer must not have joints; the pressure of the water pressure test is about 1.5 times the working water pressure. And it cannot be less than 0.6Mpa, and the pressure change cannot exceed 0.05Mpa within one hour of stable pressure.

The main difference between PE-RT and PE-X floor pipe:
1. Different pipe materials:
The raw material of the PE-RT pipe is heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT, which is extruded into a material after being melted at a high temperature. The raw material of the pipe is non-toxic, and there is no cross-linking in the intelligent manufacturing process. PE-X pipes are a series of collective names, including PE-Xa, PE-Xb, PE-Xc, etc. The production process requires polyethylene to be silane crosslinked.
2. Different maintenance methods:
PE-RT can be repaired by hot-melt connection, and the pressure resistance after repair is the same as the original pipeline. The PE-X series pipelines can only be repaired through external pipe clamps.
3. The scope of use is different:
In addition to floor heating, PE-RT can also be used in edible fluid production lines such as drinking water and beverages, but PE-X pipes cannot be used because they are cross-linked pipes.
