How to use PPR Hot Machine: fix the fusion splicer and install the heating end, place the fusion splicer on the rack, install the corresponding heating die head according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten it with the hexagon socket, generally the small one is at the front end; Power supply (note that the power supply must have a grounding protection wire), the green indicator light is on, and the red indicator light is off, indicating that the thermal fuser enters the automatic control state and can start to operate. It should be noted that in the state of automatic temperature control, the red and green lights will alternately light up by themselves, which means that the fusion splicer is in a controlled state and does not affect the operation. Push into the die head of the fusion splicer, and operate as required. After the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipe and pipe fittings from the die head, and insert them into the required depth in a straight line and evenly without rotation, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint.

Precautions for the use of PPR Hot Machine: You must wear relevant protective gloves; be sure to pay attention to the safety protection of the staff. When the heating plate is welded, it should be cooled with a special heating plate bracket immediately; the heating plate should be transported. Immediately cool it to prevent fire; when the work is over, be sure to place the heating plate in a safe place to prevent contact with outsiders, which may cause burns; the staff should use the handle when extracting the heating plate; no Go directly to the heating plate inside the PPR fuser.
