Product Information:

This 1 Brass Ball Valve is also a copper ball valve model 81065 under IFAN. Similarly, its valve body is also FF all-white electroplated body, the handle is a black butterfly handle, and the IFAN logo is on the handle. It has two Water inlets/outlet, one end of which is external thread. The biggest feature of  1  Brass Ball Valve is that there is a label on the handle and the label has  the IFAN logo and product information such as size.

Dacromet's main ingredients:

There are many types of Dacromet coating fluid, but the basic composition of the coating fluid can be summarized as follows:

1. Metal: It is composed of zinc, aluminum and other substances, mainly ultra-fine flake zinc and ultra-fine flake aluminum; 2. Solvent: an inert organic solvent, such as ethylene glycol, etc.; 3. Inorganic acid components: such as Chromic acid, etc.; 4. Special organic matter: it is the thickening and dispersing component of the coating liquid, the main component is white cellulose powder.

Anti-corrosion mechanism:

The protective effect of Dacromet film on the steel substrate can be summarized as follows:

Barrier effect: due to the layered overlap of flake zinc and aluminum, it hinders the process of water, oxygen and other corrosive media from reaching the substrate, which can act as an isolation shielding effect; passivation effect: in the treatment process of Dacromet, chromic acid It chemically reacts with zinc, aluminum powder and base metal to form a dense passivation film, which has good corrosion resistance; cathodic protection: the main protective effect of zinc aluminum chromium coating and zinc coating The same is the cathodic protection of the substrate.

Advantage:

Dacromet is a new type of surface treatment technology. Compared with the traditional electroplating process, Dacromet is a kind of "green plating". Its advantages are as follows:

Super corrosion resistance: The thickness of Dacromet film is only 4-8μm, but its anti-rust effect is more than 7-10 times that of traditional electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing or paint coating. The standard parts and pipe joints treated with Dacromet process did not show red rust after the salt spray resistance test for more than 1200 hours.

No hydrogen embrittlement: Dacromet's processing technology determines that Dacromet has no hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon, so Dacromet is very suitable for the coating of stressed parts.

High heat resistance: Dacromet can withstand high temperature corrosion, and the heat resistance temperature can reach above 300℃. The traditional galvanizing process is scrapped when the temperature reaches 100°C.

Good adhesion and recoating performance: Dacromet coating has good adhesion to the metal substrate, and has strong adhesion to other additional coatings. The processed parts are easy to spray and color, and the adhesion to organic coatings is even Exceeds the phosphate coating.

Good permeability: Due to the electrostatic shielding effect, it is difficult to electroplate the deep holes, slits, inner walls of pipe fittings and other parts of the workpiece with zinc. Therefore, the above-mentioned parts of the workpiece cannot be protected by electroplating. Dacromet can enter these parts of the workpiece to form a Dacromet coating.

No pollution and pollution: Dacromet will not produce environmentally polluting waste water and waste gas during the entire process of production, processing and workpiece coating, and there is no need to treat the three wastes, which reduces the treatment cost.

Precautions:

1. Dacromet will age rapidly when exposed to light, so the coating process of Dacromet should be carried out indoors.

2. Dacromet's baking temperature is too low or too high will make Dacromet lose its anti-corrosion ability. Dacromet should be baked in a suitable temperature range.

3. Dacromet's life cycle is very short, so it should be used up as soon as possible.

4. Dacromet has poor abrasion resistance, so Dacromet should be top-coated, and then other coatings with abrasion resistance should be applied.
