The connection methods of floor heating pipes
1. Hot melt connection. The hot-melt connection is to use the hot-melt joint of the dedicated floor heating pipeline, and then use the matching hot-melt machine to heat-melt the pipeline and the pipe fittings, and finally connect the pipes together by means of sockets. The hot-melt connection method is mainly aimed at our common PERT floor heating pipes and PEX floor heating pipes.
2. The mechanical connection of the quick connector. There are two main types of quick joints: the first is the common brass joints we use; the second is the stainless steel joints. But the working principle of these two kinds of joints is the same. After the gasket inside the joint is in contact with the pipeline, it is tightened by the external bolt, which increases the connection force between the gasket and the pipeline, and finally realizes the connection to the pipeline repair.
