PPR Test Machine use steps: First, connect the hot and cold water pipes with hoses to form a circle and form a pipe. The pressure tester can be connected to any water outlet. At this time, the pressure pointer is 0 pressure. Turn on the water main switch, and then open the shut-off valve on the pressure tester until all the air in the pipe is discharged from the pressure tester, and the pressure tester bucket is full of water. If the pressure tester is normal, the pointer should point to about 0.3 . After starting the pressure test, shake the pressure rod until the pointer of the pressure gauge points to 0.9----1 and stop, which means that the current pressure is 3 times the normal water pressure. The time for testing the water pressure of PPR pipes, aluminum-plastic PPR pipes, etc. is at least 30 minutes. During the pressure test, check each joint and inner wire joint one by one. There should be no water seepage in the plug. The water seepage of the plug will directly affect the needle of the pressure tester. The continuous drop of the needle will lead to inaccurate inspection results. The pressure tester is successful if the needle does not drop at all within the specified time, and it also indicates that the pressure tester is also in normal working condition.
Precautions for the use of PPR Test Machine:
Before the installation of the pipeline, a water pressure test must be carried out to confirm whether the welding state is good and eliminate hidden dangers; the water pressure test should be carried out 24 hours after the hot-melt connection, the pipeline should be fixed before the pressure test, and the joint should be exposed; the cold water pipe test pressure It should be 1.5 times the working pressure of the piping system, but not less than 1.0MPa; the pressure test of the hot water pipe should be 2.0 times the working pressure of the system, not less than 1.5MPa; the water meter should be turned off during the pressure test to avoid damage, and the pressure should be manually The pressure test pump or electric pump should increase the pressure slowly, and the pressure test time should not be less than the specified time.
