If the temperature is too low, the plastic will not melt well, and the joint is easy to leak water. If the temperature is too high, it is easy to decompose the PPR pipe. Therefore, it is very important to control the temperature, generally around 250 °C. PPR Hot Melt Machine generally uses screws to fix various fixed hot melt die heads. One side of the die head is to melt the pipe fittings, and the other side is to melt the pipe. After melting, it is convenient for the installation of pipe fittings and pipes.
Test of the quality of PPR Hot Melt Machine: The circuit structure of PPR Hot Melt Machine is composed of a temperature control switch and a heating pipe. It is normal to use the resistance gear of the multimeter to measure the heating pipe of the hot melter at about 50 ohms. If it is too large or too small, there is a problem. The heating time of the PPR Hot Melt Machine generally takes about 3 minutes, and you need to see the change of the indicator light to know whether it can work. When the hot-melt tool is connected to the power supply, it reaches the working temperature, that is, 260~280℃. If the temperature is too high, it will directly lead to welding failure. The place where the pipe and the pipe are connected is not clean; the heating time is not in accordance with the heat fusion schedule, and the fusion will fail. Under normal circumstances, the heating time of 20mm pipe is 5s, and the heating time of 25mm pipe is 7s. In addition, the pipe and the fittings are not of the same quality, causing the pipe to be overheated, but the fittings have not been hot-melted in place, which will also lead to fusion failure.
