The first point is that we must ensure our installation and operation as well as the needs of future operations. Sufficient installation space is required here, and the connecting pipes of the inlet and outlet should be of sufficient length to ensure the performance of the controller.
The second point is that the regulating valve should be installed on the horizontal heating pipe. The controller is required to be on the top and the actuator is on the bottom to ensure that the actuator is in a low temperature position.
The third point is that the installation of the filter in the heating system should be installed in front of the automatic flow control valve. At the same time, pay attention to the direction of installation, and not install it wrong.
What is an automatic pressure regulating valve?
The automatic pressure regulating valve can be divided into the pressure regulating valve before the valve and the pressure regulating valve after the valve. Both of these valves can be used as differential pressure control. The same are all automatic pressure regulating valves. Installation requirements of automatic pressure regulating valve
The first point is that sufficient space for installation and operation is required. Because after the self-operated differential pressure regulating valve is installed, we have to frequently adjust the pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that there is enough space for installation and operation.
The second requirement is that the connecting pipes on both sides of the inlet and outlet of the regulating valve should maintain a certain straight length. Only in this way can the accuracy of the guaranteed precision be maintained.
The third requirement is that the filter should be set in front of the regulating valve and a bypass valve should be set at the same time.
The fourth requirement is that the regulating valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe for heating, with the controller on the top and the actuator on the bottom. This makes it easy to measure and adjust.
