一、Scope of use
The ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the direction of the medium flow in the pipeline. In order to prolong the service life of the ball valve, it should be used fully open and fully closed.
二、 The main technical parameters of the product:
1. Use high-quality copper material and hot forging process
2. The working medium of the ball valve is water, oil, gas, etc.
3. Working temperature -10℃≤t≤120℃.
4. The nominal pressure is 2.5MPa, 2.0MPa and 1.6MPa respectively.
三、Installation Guide
1. For ball valves connected by pipe thread, when installing and tightening, the pipe should be perpendicular to the end surface of the valve body, and the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same side of the thread should be wrenched, and the hexagonal or octagonal or other parts of the other end should not be wrenched. Cause the valve body to deform or affect the opening.
2. To connect the ball valve with internal thread, the length of the external thread of the pipe end must be controlled, so as to avoid the thread end of the pipe end being too long and pressing against the internal thread end surface of the ball valve when screwing in, causing deformation of the valve body and affecting the sealing performance.
3. When the ball valve connected by pipe thread is connected with the thread of the pipe end, the internal thread can be a tapered pipe thread or a cylindrical pipe thread, but the external thread must be a tapered pipe thread, otherwise the connection will not be tight and leakage will occur.
4. The index circle on the flange ball valve should be the same size as the index circle on the pipe flange to match. The center of the pipe at both ends should be perpendicular to the flange surface of the flange ball valve, otherwise the valve body will be twisted and deformed.
5. When installing the ball valve connected by pipe thread, the sealing material should be clean and clean.
6. When installing, make sure that there are no obstacles within the opening and closing range of the ball valve handle, such as the body, walls, pipes, connecting nuts, etc.
7. The medium should not contain particles, corrosive gases or liquids. (Such as sulfuric acid, paints)
