Most of the water leakage at the weld between pipes and fittings is due to incomplete welding or false welds due to ineffective control of the welding process.
Main reason:
①The heating time is too long or the welding temperature is too high during welding, resulting in false welding;
②The heating time is too short or the welding temperature is too low during welding, resulting in false welding;
③After the pipe is connected with the pipe fittings, the pipe is twitched without cooling, resulting in incomplete welding;
④ During welding, the pipes, pipe fittings or the mud and sand stains on the welding machine were not cleaned before heating, resulting in defects in the welding.
