This kind of damage is caused by the wrong selection, and the selection should be made in strict accordance with the hose design selection standards, and the parameters of the metal hose and the parameters of the mesh sleeve should be determined. Fatigue damage Under the dynamic working state, the metal hose is often damaged by fatigue crack under the action of cyclic load: this kind of damage is a normal failure, in order to prolong the service life, it should be ensured that the hose design and selection are correct, the installation is accurate, and the hose does not cause any damage. Additional stress such as twisting. The wire mesh sleeve is pulled off due to the virtual welding of the metal hose: Due to the quality of the welding, the metal hose, the ring and the steel mesh sleeve cause virtual welding (overburning or end welding) of some steel wires during the three-in-one welding process. Broken wire mesh: During the installation process of the hose, due to improper installation or excessive pressure, the metal hose will be stretched and twisted. When the stress generated by stretching or twisting exceeds the rated strength of the wire mesh sleeve of the hose When the hose is broken, the mesh sleeve of the trinity welding part of the hose or the mesh sleeve of other parts will be broken, and then the outer drum of the metal hose will be stretched and damaged, causing medium leakage. This requires accurate design and selection, and correct installation. Defects in the welding quality of metal hose joints (inner connection parts), resulting in hose leakage or failure: when the hose body is welded with the hose joint, if the operation is not performed properly, welding defects will occur. These defects are very important during pressure test inspection. Hard to find. When the metal hose is connected to the medium pipeline, after long-term use, the defect will be cracked or broken due to fatigue, resulting in the leakage of the medium in the conveying pipeline.
