First apply the socket to the socket, the action is rapid and evenly applied; after the adhesive is applied, immediately insert the tube into the socket to the mark in the correct direction, rotate 1/4 turn and keep it for 2-3 minutes to prevent the interface from slipping; After the socket is inserted, wipe the remaining adhesive on the socket with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in a cleaning agent; the bonded pipe needs to be allowed to stand until the interface is cured according to the performance of the adhesive and the climatic conditions. For example, during construction in winter or rainy season, the curing time needs to be extended appropriately.
Precautions for PVC-U drainage pipe installation:
Adhesives and cleaners should be opened and used immediately, and non-workers should not use them at will; wear gloves when using adhesives, and if they accidentally stick to the eyes, rinse them with plenty of water and send them to a doctor for inspection; saw pipe tools need to be used For tools such as fine-tooth saws, cutters and pipe cutters, the cut should be flat and perpendicular to the pipe body, and there should be no deformation at the section; the socket should be filed with a medium plate file to make a groove of 15°-30°, and the thickness of the groove It should be 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness, and the length is generally not less than 3mm. After the groove is completed, the debris should be removed.
