Pipes are manufactured continuously using extrusion methods. At first, the plastic is pelletized and fed into an extruder. In the extruder, the material is melted and homogenized. The melt thus formed then passes through the extrusion head and then into the calibration bath. The melt is cooled rapidly here and the pipe dimensions are fixed.
After leaving the calibration tank, the pipes are cooled in other tanks. The movement of the pipe is ensured by a device called a puller. The pipes are then cut and packed in cartons or polyethylene containers. Our products undergo strict quality control during processing and before packaging.
