However, due to the strict requirements on raw materials of PVC resin itself, the quality of PVC drainage pipes with different ratios varies greatly. The tensile strength of UPVC pipes produced by the company reaches more than 50 Mpa, while some are only about 30 Mpa. As a result, the market of PVC drainage pipes has been greatly mixed. Therefore, users should pay special attention when choosing: for the most common white PVC drainage pipes, the color is uniform, and the inner and outer walls are relatively smooth. Drainage pipes are hard, some have uneven colors, and some have particularly smooth outer walls, while the inner walls are rough and sometimes have small holes; the toughness of PVC drainage pipes is a very critical indicator. When we saw a pipe with high toughness into a narrow strip, try to fold it 180°. If it breaks after one break, it means that the toughness is poor and the brittleness is high; if it is difficult to break, it means that it has toughness, and the more effort is required to break it. Pipes that can only be broken have good strength and generally good toughness. The stubble of the PVC pipe can be observed (except the stubble of the saw), the finer the stubble, the better the homogenization, strength and toughness of the pipe; the impact resistance of the PVC drainage pipe can also be judged macroscopically by a simple method. You can choose an environment where the room temperature is close to 20 °C, saw it into a 200mm long pipe section (for a 110mm pipe), and slam it with a hammer. (The thicker the pipe, the greater the bearing capacity); if the user has the conditions, the PVC pipe can be made into a dumbbell shape, the width of the parallel narrow part is 6mm, and the tensile strength is 5mm/min, and the tensile strength is greater than 10MPa. The longer the stretch, the better the pipe.
