Some customers think that the fluidity is not good because the heating temperature is not high enough, and they think that the injection molding granules of PVC plastic granules have not completely melted. This statement is incorrect. In fact, the melting point of PVC is very low. After normal PVC enters the screw of the injection molding machine, it can be bent and melted at about 140°C. Therefore, the failure of injection molding has nothing to do with the heating time. Rigidity is distinguished by the content of plasticizer, with little or no plasticizer added to rigid PVC.
