Many plastic products used in our daily life are made of PVC plastic. The water content of PVC plastic has a great influence on the quality of plastic products. Excessive moisture content of PVC will cause PVC to agglomerate, and it may also cause PVC to become moldy for a long time, which not only affects the appearance and color of the product, but also brings difficulties to subsequent processing. It is difficult to know the moisture content of PVC plastics only by visual observation. PVC can use an air dryer that has removed moisture. The drying temperature is generally 60 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, and the drying degree of the particles should be appropriate, and the general moisture content should be controlled within 2%. In addition to strictly adhering to the correct drying temperature, it is also important to ensure that the dew point in dry air is below minus 20°C. When using a multi-container unit with different fill heights and bulk densities, it should also be ensured that each container can achieve sufficient air throughput. To produce high-quality plastic products, we must pay attention to every link, and the drying of PVC plastic is a very important link.
