Cutting pipe:
Choose non-damaged pipe fittings to ensure that the pipe is cut smoothly, without burrs and burrs, and the edges are smooth and smooth. Choose the appropriate tool according to the pipe diameter to be cut. Generally, professional pipe cutters are used for pipe diameters, and saw blades are required for large pipe diameters.
Clean the end face:
The connecting end face between the pipe grid and the pipe must be kept clean, dry and oil-free.
Marking depth:
Use a caliper or pencil to mark the depth of the hot melt on the pipe to avoid the problem of over-heating.
Heating of pipe fittings:
Introduce the end of the tube into the heat pipe jacket at 260-280°C to reach the marking depth. Do not rotate the pipe end during the connection process, and push the pipe fitting onto the heating pipe until the position reaches the specified mark.
Hot melt connection:
After heating for a certain period of time, quickly maintain the horizontal direction to insert to the previously marked depth,do not use too much force when pushing to prevent bending of the tube head.
Fixed insertion:
During the water pipe connection process, do not insert it in a rotating manner. This makes the pipe unable to maintain the level and stability, and it is cooled and fixed after straight insertion. At the same time, pipe clamps should be added to the exposed pipe to avoid unstable bending.
