The damped cable material can be used normally through simple drying treatment to remove the moisture in it, and its performance will be somewhat different, but not obvious. However, after some damp cable materials are dried, although the damp phenomenon has improved, it will soon return to its original state. The main reason is not really damp, but the partial degradation of the cable material due to potential degradation and surface coating, etc. Of course, there are also damp components. The performance of this kind of cable material during molding is very similar to that of the actual wet cable material. In addition, the humid and high temperature climate will promote and aggravate the occurrence of potential degradation and surface coating, making the phenomenon more obvious during processing. Therefore, it is usually caused by people's wrong judgment, and it is determined that the PVC plastic pellets are really damp.
