How To Use Ppr Welding Machine

1. Install the heating end of the fixed fusion splicer, place the fusion splicer on the rack, install the corresponding heating die head according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten it with an inner hexagon, generally small at the front end and large at the back end.

2. Turn on the power supply (note that the power supply must be equipped with a grounding protection wire), and pay attention to the change of the indicator light according to the instructions of the corresponding type of machine. The operation can be started until the fusion splicer enters the working temperature control state.

3. Cut the pipe vertically with a pipe cutter, push the pipe and fittings into the die head of the fusion splicer without rotation at the same time, and operate as required. Immediately after the heating time is reached, the pipe and pipe fittings are removed from the die at the same time, and are directly and evenly inserted to the required depth without rotation, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint.

PPR Fuser Precautions

1. This product adopts a single-phase three-level safety flat plug. Users are not allowed to modify the plug without authorization. When using it, the plug must be inserted into a socket with a grounding wire.         2. During use, hands and flammable materials should not touch the electric fusion hot block to avoid accidents.

3. Non-professional products should not be opened to prevent electric shock and damage to the safety performance of the instrument.

4. If the red indicator light does not jump for a long time, it means that the instrument has failed, and it should stop working immediately and cut off the power supply.

5. If it is outdoors or in winter, the heating time and holding time should be increased. Generally, the temperature of the hot melt machine is set, do not change it. If you want to change it, you must gradually adjust it according to the actual situation on the site.
