The debris in the electrofusion socket should be cleaned up, and there should be no sand and impurities, to ensure that the connection surface is clean and dry; 4. Insert the pipe socket into the electrofusion socket , Use a steel belt to fix it, and tighten it with a clamp; 5. When welding, select the appropriate electrofusion parameters according to the parameter table on the electrofusion machine; 6. After the welding is completed, it should be placed in natural cooling. The cooling time is generally 15 in winter. More than 20 minutes in summer, more than 20 minutes in summer; 7. After cooling, the steel belt can be disassembled and the welding condition can be checked.

HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes should be protected from impact during loading, unloading, transportation and stacking.
HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is not recommended to be dragged or rolled on hard, uneven ground and gravel surface.
The stacking height of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes should not be too high, and wooden blocks should be used when stacking. When stacking, the sockets and sockets of the corrugated pipes should be neatly arranged at intervals and tied up firmly.
HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes should be kept away from the sun during the stacking, and should be ventilated as much as possible.
