In the newly built buildings in the north, floor heating has become the choice of most people due to the advantages of high comfort. As an important part of the floor heating system, the laying of floor heating pipes is very critical. If there is a problem during the construction process, it will directly affect the effect of floor heating, and even very troublesome problems such as water leakage will occur. Material selection issues that need to be paid attention to when laying floor heating pipes: Let’s talk about the material selection of floor heating pipes. We mainly have two choices now, one is PERT material, which is called heat-resistant polyethylene, and the other is PEXB material. The pipes made of the two materials have certain differences. The advantages of PEXB pipes are heat resistance and high temperature resistance. They will not melt under high temperature, become transparent, and then maintain the original pipe shape, so they are often used for High temperature floor heating system, and the service life of PERT will be greatly reduced when the operating temperature exceeds 60 ℃. In addition, PEXB is more resistant to low temperature and will not freeze and crack in extreme weather. Let's talk about the length of the floor heating pipe. According to the national regulations, each road of the floor heating pipe shall not exceed 120 meters. This length is specified according to the water temperature of the boiler, but the water temperature of the boiler is very high, which can reach 90 ℃ or even higher. The maximum outlet water temperature of the source heat pump is about 60°C. Therefore, the length of each road should not be too long. According to the practical experience of many dealers, it is recommended that the length of each road should not exceed 60 meters.
