2. When storing PPR water pipes, the storage rack must be reinforced. The weight of PPR pipe increases with the increase of pipe wall thickness and length. In order to ensure the safety of workers, a safety protection frame should be set outside the PPR pipe to prevent the pipe from falling and hurting people due to shaking or stacking too high. When building a shelf, care should also be taken not to expose hardware such as wires, so as not to scratch the PPR tube and cause damage.
3. Don't pile up too high. When storing PPR pipes, avoid stacking them too high. On the one hand, if the PPR pipes are stacked too high, resulting in the heavy weight of the upper pipe, an overload pressure will be formed on the lowest pipe, thereby increasing the probability of pipe breakage; on the other hand, as mentioned in the first point, if the PPR Pipes piled too high risked collapsing, which used to be very unsafe for workers and others.
4. When storing the PPR tube, do not put heavy objects on the top of the PPR tube. As mentioned earlier, it is not advisable to stack overweight items on PPRs, including the PPRs themselves. First, the items on the top are too heavy, which will cause great damage to the products below; second, the overweight above will cause unstable stacking, endanger the safety of workers, and damage the PPR pipe.
5. Classify and arrange for storage. PPR pipes should be classified and placed. PPR pipes cannot be put together with PPR aluminum-plastic steady-state pipes. Since the PPR aluminum-plastic pipe is a stable pipe with an aluminum layer in the middle, its weight is heavier than ordinary PPR aluminum-plastic pipes. If it is placed on the PPR aluminum-plastic pipe, it will bring greater pressure to the PPR pipe and affect The service life of PPR pipe.
