Application:
HDPE has countless applications, so choose hundreds of grades of required grades, ranging from reusable thin-walled beverage cups to 5-gsl cans, high-grade nutrition bottles, bottles and cans, domestically produced HDPE in the consumer market 1/5. Injection molding grades generally have a melt index of 5 to 10, and there are grades with toughness and lower fluidity and higher fluidity grades with processability. Uses include daily necessities and food and thin-walled packaging; tough and durable paint cans; high resistance to environmental stress cracking applications.

Product performance:
High-density polyethylene is a non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless white particle with a melting point of about 130°C and a relative density of 0.941 to 0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance; A has good academic stability, but also has high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. The dielectric properties are also good in environmental stress cracking resistance. The melting temperature is 220~260℃. For materials with larger molecules, it is recommended that the melting temperature range is between 200 and 250°C.
