Close the upstream and downstream shutoff valves of the stainless steel three-piece ball valve to make it closed and in a fully closed state. Remove the stainless steel three-piece ball valve from the pipeline, turn it over and place it so that the valve body at one end is connected upwards, remove the O-ring and sealing gasket from the valve body connector, and then take out the ball. Turn over to make the other end of the valve body connected upwards, and remove all the parts on the other end in sequence.
By the way, check the valve body, ball, and valve body connection, and replace them if they are damaged. Lubricate the valve seat installation surface and each sealing installation groove, and install the new O-ring and sealing gasket into the installation groove of the valve body. Put the new O-ring into the new valve seat and place the spring in the correct position. First put the ball into the stainless steel three-piece ball valve, and make the valve stem fit into the groove of the ball. Rotate the valve stem 90° to open, put the valve seat on the ball, then put the valve body on the stud, and insert the valve body into the valve body.
