Braided pipe can be divided into three grades according to the production process. The first type of braided tube is made of thinner aluminum wire, iron nut, zinc alloy inner core and EPDM rubber inner tube. Products with this configuration have a certain price advantage, but problems such as water leakage and aging may occur. The second type of braided pipe is mainly made of 304 steel wire, high-quality EPDM material, and all-copper fittings. The applicable period is generally more than 5 years, and the physical properties are better. Another kind of braided pipe is based on the 304 steel wire and all-copper pipe fittings of the mid-range braided pipe, using PEX-B, silicone, TPV and other sanitary inner pipes. Follow the new national standard GB/T23448-2019 to improve the hygienic performance of the pipe while maintaining the same physical properties.
