The correct sequence of using gas includes opening the gas gate valve, turning on the stove switch, closing the gas gate valve and turning off the gas switch. The first thing to do is unscrew the gas gate valve near the gas meter, then turn on the ignition knob on the range. If there is no action of opening the gate valve, there is no action of reverse closing and normal use of gas. After the gas gate valve is opened, when the dish to be fried is ready, turn on the stove knob. It is correct to close the gate valve near the gas meter before all the cooking process is over, because this will help to discharge the gas in the pipe between the hob and the gate valve. After the gate valve here is closed, turn around, the fire of the stove is almost out, and then the knob of the stove can be turned off. During this closing sequence, there will be no residual gas in the piping between the hob and the gas meter gate valve.
