The connection of PVC pipes and fittings is either with adhesives or with expansion joints, socket joints, etc. HDPE pipe connection adopts butt welding, electric welding pipe hoop connection, sealing ring socket sleeve and threaded connection, etc. The temperature adaptation range of HDPE pipe can reach -60℃～40℃. Since the HDPE pipe and accessories are black, it can effectively prevent the influence of ultraviolet rays in the sun on the pipe. And sufficient wall thickness makes the sealing ring socket and socket interface resistant to temperatures of 100°C. HDPE pipes and fittings are universal and can be prefabricated, but PVC pipes cannot be prefabricated. HDPE pipes do not produce harmful gases during combustion. From the perspective of environmental protection, HDPE pipes have little impact on the environment from production to final treatment.
