The water storage elbow is divided into two types with inspection port and without inspection port. The water storage elbow with inspection port is usually used in the hoisting drainage system. Without inspection port, it is usually used in the drainage system on the same floor of the caisson toilet. The inspection port of the hoisting belt is easy to overhaul, while the toilet of the caisson has an inspection port, which is more likely to be blocked. For the use of traps, if you can use a P-type trap, do not use an S- trap, which is easier to block. Floor drains, wash basins, and vegetable basins basically have a water seal function. Some people think that adding a water trap will easily block the sewer pipe, and gradually cancel the use of the water trap. However, in the process of using, I found that if the amount of water is large and the pressure generated by the pipeline is too large, the gas will often be discharged through the place where the water sealing ability is weak. When some sanitary ware is connected to a drainage pipe without a water storage elbow, the gas in the pipe may also seep out due to the poor sealing of the joint.
