1. Cross-linked polyethylene pipe (PEX) Generally speaking, this material is welded by heat fusion. The advantages of PEX pipe are good pressure resistance and wide temperature range, from minus 70 degrees to 95 degrees C, and can withstand temperatures of 110 degrees C for a short time. PEX pipe is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, can be used for the transportation of various chemical substances, and has excellent high temperature resistance and low temperature performance. The inner and outer walls of the tube are smooth, with low resistance and no fouling. Clean and pollution-free, it can save people from quoting "yellow water" and "rusty water"
2. The PEX pipe uses special pipe fittings, which can be installed conveniently and quickly without tapping, buckling or welding. It is easy to bend, soft and rigid, saves pipe fittings, light in weight, and the length of the pipe is only one tenth of that of galvanized steel pipe. PEX pipe also has good heat insulation performance and long service life. Under the environment of 70°C, the working pressure is less than or equal to 0.8MPa, and the continuous service life is long-term durability according to standards. However, it has the disadvantage of not being thermally fused, which limits its application range in HVAC and water supply.
