Connection methods of PE sewage pipe fittings of different specifications: Usually, the connection methods of PE pipes and fittings are divided into three types, and the three connections are also very different. The first is our common hot-melt socket connection or electrofusion, but this kind of socket welding has great restrictions, and the specification of the PE pipe must be less than 110mm, that is, DN≤110mm; the second is Pipe fittings of different materials are used for transition connection. When metal pipes and PE pipes are connected, metal flanges or threaded connections are used. The third type is hot-melt butt connection. This kind of connection requires special hot-melt tools, and it is necessary to clean both ends of the pipe, calibrate the butt to avoid misalignment of the pipe, and heat it after calibration to make it welded together. Generally, when the specification of PE pipe fittings is greater than or equal to 125, hot-melt butt joint should be adopted, that is, DN≥125mm.
