Pipe laying of building PEX pipes; pipes embedded in the wall and concealed, preset 150mm thick * 25mm thick pipe grooves; check the spacing between the cold and hot water pipes of the PEX pipes and review the requirements of the plumbing specification; the laying in the grooves is fixed with saddle clamps, and the spacing between pipe clamps is 1.0~ 1.2m; for the pipelines laid in the ceiling, firstly locate the ink line to determine the position of the fixed support and hanger; for the PEX pipelines laid in the ceiling, the free arm compensation method is used to reduce the thermal expansion deformation of the pipeline, that is, the L and Z-shaped layout is adopted. Hydraulic test of building PEX pipeline: the pressure rise time is not less than 10min, and the pressure is stabilized for 1h; the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure and not less than 1.0MPa; the pressure drop is not more than 0.05MPa, and no leakage is qualified.
