1. There is air in the floor heating pipe

Turn on the floor heating switch, if you find that the main bar of the floor heating inlet is hot, and the main bar of the return water is not hot, this indicates that there is air in the pipe, which will cause the hot water to circulate in the floor heating pipe poorly and the heating effect is not good. Solution: Open the exhaust valve of the manifold directly to exhaust until there is no air in the water.

2. Scaling or blockage of floor heating pipes

Floor heating will scale up during long-term use. If the water quality in the area is poor and the water contains impurities such as sand, rust, etc., it will speed up the scaling of the inner wall of the pipeline. Unscheduled cleaning will cause excessive scale or even blockage of the floor heating pipeline. , Affect the heating effect. Solution: Generally speaking, floor heating pipelines are cleaned once every 3 to 5 years on average. Due to the need for professional equipment, it is impossible to complete the cleaning by yourself. It is recommended to be done by a professional floor heating cleaning company.

3. The floor heating filter is clogged

If the main bar of the water supply is not hot, it may be because the water quality is too bad or too dirty, causing the filter to be clogged, which affects the normal circulation of the floor heating system. Solution: first close the water supply valve and the return water valve, then open the filter with a live-end wrench, clean the filter inside, and finally install it back. If you are worried about damage to the filter by your own operation, you can ask a professional to clean it.

4. Insufficient inlet pressure of floor heating pipes

Now there are many tall buildings, the floors are too high, or the house is at the end of heating in the district, and the pipeline pressure is not enough, which leads to unsatisfactory heating effect. Solution: Find the property or heating company to solve it. If it still does not work, consider installing a circulating pump to increase the circulation of hot water to achieve the desired heating effect.

5. Too much ground cover

The heat of floor heating is transmitted from the bottom to the bottom. If the floor covering is too much and takes up most of the area of the room, it will affect the heat dissipation. Then the effective heat dissipation area is small, and it is easy for people to think that the floor heating is not hot. Solution: Use legged furniture as much as possible, and do not lay large areas of blankets on the indoor floor, which is not conducive to heat dissipation. Although the blankets are comfortable to step on, this will greatly affect the heat dissipation effect.
