3. Cross-linked polyethylene aluminum-plastic composite pipe (XPAP)--the aluminum layer in the middle has the function of oxygen barrier, and can also improve the internal and external pressure resistance of the pipe to a certain extent. It can maintain its shape after bending during construction, but the bending radius Relatively large, delamination may occur during installation or when subjected to instantaneous high temperature, and the price is also high. It is a better floor heating pipe than PEX-A pipe.
4. PPR pipe is low in price, good in high temperature resistance, and can be welded, but the pipe wall is thicker, it is difficult to bend during floor heating construction, it has greater resilience, and poor thermal conductivity.
5. PERT pipe retains the advantages of PPR pipe one by one, but there is no crosslinking, the pipe can still be connected by hot melt, the joint is reliable, it is not easy to leak, the flexibility and low temperature resistance are also good, and the high temperature resistance is only 70 degrees , is the general PEX series of pipes, the blasting capacity is 40KG, PEX is 60KG, the flexibility of pert pipes is not as good as PEX, and it is easy to cause pipe trauma during transportation and construction, which will cause hidden dangers to the use of floor heating in the future.
