PPR pipe fittings generally do not crack when the temperature is too high, but when the PPR pipe and pipe fittings are welded, the welding flanging turns yellow and the welding is not reliable; this phenomenon can be attributed to the "virtual welding" caused by excessive welding temperature. The welding temperature far exceeds 270 degrees and the high temperature destroys the molecular structure of the material, resulting in aging and discoloration of the PPR pipe material.
Therefore, welding and installation must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant construction specifications. The best welding temperature for hot-melt socket of PPR pipe fittings is 260+10°C. However, if the temperature is too low, the ppr tube is prone to cracking, so pay attention to the temperature when using the pp tube.
