Floor heating pipe design requirements:
(1) The temperature of the floor heating water supply should not exceed 60°C;
(2) The flow rate of hot water should not be less than 0.25m/s;.
(3) There should not be more than 8 circuits in a distributor device;
(4) A stop valve or a ball valve should be equipped on the main water supply and return pipeline. A filter should be set on the inside of the valve;
(5) The length of each loop pipe should be as close as possible, should not exceed 90m, and the pipe spacing should not be greater than 300mm;
(6) The thickness of the cement mortar protective layer on the floor heating pipe should not be less than 20mm, and the ground load should be greater than 20KN/m'.
The layer should be reinforced and structural measures, generally φ 6@300 steel mesh;
(7) The combined pipe fitting interface adopts a staggered design, which is convenient for installation and pipe arrangement;
(8) A lock nut is added between the mating valve and the main pipe.
